Return & Refund Policy

1. Custom-Made Products

Every order is custom-made to customer specifications. Because products are personalized and manufactured specifically for each order, returns and refunds are generally not available once production has begun.

• Team names
• Player names and numbers
• Logos
• Custom colors
• Custom artwork and personalized designs

2. Order Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, colors, logos, names, numbers, sizes, quantities and product specifications before production.

3. Eligible Return & Refund Situations

A return, replacement or refund request may be considered when the delivered product is substantially different from the approved product, contains confirmed manufacturing defects or arrives damaged due to manufacturing or packaging issues.

4. Non-Eligible Situations

Returns, refunds or replacements are generally not available for incorrect customer-selected sizes, errors present in approved artwork, minor color or manufacturing variations, or change of mind after production begins.

5. Reporting A Problem

Any issue should be reported within 7 days of delivery with order details, a description of the issue, clear photographs and the affected quantity.

6. Resolution Process

If a claim is approved, the resolution may include replacement of affected items, a partial refund or, in rare cases where replacement is not practical, a full refund.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations may not be accepted because material, labor and customization costs have been incurred.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless an issue results from a confirmed manufacturer error.

9. Limitation Of Liability

Liability for an approved claim will not exceed the value of the affected products. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses such as event costs, lost profits or business interruption.
