1. About Washtik

Washtik is a custom sports apparel manufacturer specializing in team uniforms, teamwear, coaches apparel, warmups and related products. Products are custom-made to order based on customer-provided specifications.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving designs, colors, logos, names, numbers, sizes and quantities. Production begins after final approval and changes may not be possible after production starts.

3. Minimum Order Quantity

The minimum order quantity for custom teamwear is generally 10 pieces. Specific products may have different minimum requirements.

4. Pricing

Prices are provided through individual quotations and may vary based on product type, quantity, customization requirements, decoration method and shipping destination.

5. Payment Terms

Production may begin only after agreed payment requirements have been met. Customers are responsible for transfer fees, duties, taxes and import-related costs where applicable.

6. Artwork & Intellectual Property

Customers confirm they own or have permission to use logos, trademarks, artwork, images and designs submitted for manufacturing.

7. Colors & Product Representation

Slight variations can occur due to screen settings, printing processes, fabric materials and manufacturing tolerances. Minor variations are not considered defects.

8. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting appropriate sizes before production. Custom products with incorrect customer-selected sizes are generally not eligible for refund or replacement.

9. Production & Delivery Times

Production and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may vary due to order volume, material availability, carrier delays, customs processing and events beyond reasonable control.

10. Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated separately unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for import duties, customs clearance, taxes and local charges where applicable.

11. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

13. Website Content

Website text, graphics, images, product designs, logos and layouts are protected content unless otherwise stated.

14. Changes To These Terms

Washtik may update these terms from time to time. Changes become effective when published on the website.
